Delivery….

When you place an order with us, we aim to dispatch it within 3 working days (often sooner, and occasionally the same day).

Your goods should take 2-3 days to arrive.

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to an invalid address will incur a charge payable by the customer.

Returns & refunds….

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days either at a Pop In date or pop it back in the post to us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Once your item has been received back it will be inspected and a full refund given within 7 days via the original payment method.

Items are to be returned at your own cost, tracked delivery.

Returning faulty items

If the item you have ordered is faulty please send it back to us within 14 days, once received the item will be inspected and a replacement, repair or full refund will be given if unworn or in resellable condition.

Exchanges

These can be made at the studio at our next Pop In date. All returns are at the customers own cost.

Your email is used to send you updates about when we launch, and special offers. Marketing and promotions may also be sent to you based on your shopping history; such as previous items that you may have purchased. We only ever segment customer data to provide relevant and enhanced marketing messages.

From time to time, we may advertise on Facebook or Instagram. The adverts we create on these platforms are never directed at a specific, identifiable individual but are shown to groups of people according to interests, shopping behaviors or on-Facebook activity. You can update your social media privacy settings within those social platforms in order to further limit any marketing you may be seeing.
